Maried and Phillip’s beautiful fall wedding at St. Benedict Catholic Church and Little Gardens in Lawrenceville was a perfect day that I cannot wait to share with you!
These newlywed’s story begins in the charming streets of Philadelphia. After prompting Maried to move there, the Lord orchestrated their meeting, bringing together two people who compliment each other so so well. I shared their engagement session, a whirlwind day trip to Washington D.C., awhile back, where I discovered the silent strength in Phillip and the infectious joy that Maried radiates wherever she goes! Fast forward to the wedding day: the anticipation was palpable as the ladies prepared at the Taylor Lodge, nestled on the church property. First looks with her dad and the bridesmaids were sweet and heartfelt, and Maried’s mom added an extra layer of sweetness to the day. The bilingual ceremony Mass at St. Benedict Catholic Church was a breathtaking celebration, with a special nod to Maried’s Venezuelan roots – a display honoring Our Lady of the Rosary of Chiquinquirá. The choir during Mass was incredible and one of the best I’ve heard!
The reception at Little Gardens was nothing short of elegant and romantic, adorned with white florals, gold accents, and the warmth of plenty of candles. A special shoutout to Vonna and the Little Gardens staff for their friendliness and impeccable coordination! This venue was the perfect backdrop for the reception, with its spacious layout and pretty outdoor gardens. Their guests were ready to PARTY – and the dance floor was popping thanks to MC Lexx. One of my favorite parts of the night was the Hora Loca, which is like a party-within-a-party, with light up wands and masks and the appearance of a dancing party robot from Z28 Studios! We wrapped up the night with a bubble exit (which was an explosion of bubbles).
