Melinda & Adam | Winter Roswell Mill Engagement Session
- Engagement Photos ·
I'm a mama to two precious babies, married to my best friend, houseplant addict, and someone who sings and dances aggressively while washing dishes. I love cheesy jokes and a wild dance party. On any given day, you can catch me singing along to a Housefires praise & worship playlist while I edit or planning my next camping trip in the Appalachian mountains.
I'm pretty forgetful (new mom brain) and know from experience that memories don't last forever - but they can if you invite me along for the ride.
If this is you, I think we'll be a perfect fit. I'm here for the real life messiness, the raw emotion, and uniqueness of your story & relationships. I care deeply about the people I work with and want to provide high quality work and service to you. None of my clients are the same, and I want to serve you and your memories in the way they deserve.
My personality ensures that any session we work on together will be stress-free experience - I like the details, so let me take care of them. I avoid with all my heart the awkward poses that nobody does in real life. My editing matches the look and feel of your day, but generally leans towards warm and colorful. I'm a big believer in what is good, true, and beautiful, and I desire nothing more than to serve my clients with intentionality.
I've been fascinated by people's distinctive personalities, background, and point of view for as long as I remember. Photography has been such a wonderful way for me to experience and tell people's unique stories.
I've always been that person who likes to collect the funny moments of the day and spin it into something that captures a room's attention: a true storyteller through and through. I love the nostalgia of memories and old stories - sitting around a fire in the summer swapping memories of the "good old days" or of the craziness that happened on that one trip from college. Preserving these moments for you and your loved ones to reminisce on over the years is the greatest joy and privilege of what I do.
