Caroline and Nick’s beautiful fall wedding at Holy Spirit Catholic Church and Glover Park Brewery was a absolutely beautiful blast! The newlyweds started off as friends when they met at the Georgia Tech Catholic Center, and started dating during Covid. Two and half years later, they tied the knot during a beautiful Catholic wedding Mass in Atlanta, Georgia.
I think I’ve fallen in love with October weddings! The leaves changed this past weekend just in time for this pretty wedding day. They chose a sage green and blush color scheme, with gold accents and a romantic aesthetic. Caroline’s great-grandmother, grandmother, and mother all shared this day as their wedding anniversaries, which made it extra special! Their decor was romantic and dreamy, with white and blush fluffy roses, sea green bridesmaids dresses, white textured linens and gold accents in the reception space at Glover Park Brewery, a popular brewery located in downtown Marietta. One of Caroline’s main things was that she did not want to cry, but her sweet family and husband to be made that challenging at times with their excitement, tenderness, and love. Caroline and the bridesmaids got ready at a pink Airbnb in downtown Marietta before heading over to the church. The bride and groom shared a private first moment, full of goofy jokes and laughter. Their wedding Mass was full of excited friends and family, and a very happy bride and groom. Caroline and Nick had me ride with them to the reception on their party bus, which was a blast! They had an awesome wedding party who made the day all the more fun. Caroline wanted fall color and a pretty backdrop for her and Nick’s portraits, so we stopped by the Marietta First United Methodist Church for couple’s portraits before the reception, and I’m IN LOVE with the results!
Thanks to the smooth coordination of Kimberly with Southern Class Planning, the reception was beautiful and flowed smoothly. The venue was packed full of friends and family who loved to dance and party with the newlyweds. They had a wide variety of gluten free cookies and a GF cake from Confection Perfection. I personally was a fan of their guestbook, a hardcover book they had filled with photos from our engagement session at Piedmont Park. The dance floor was popping all night thanks to Ashante with DJ Connection. The night was wrapped up with a private last dance and a hankerchief wave exit. I am so grateful for the awesome couples that trust me with their wedding photos and precious memories. Congrats Caroline and Nick!
